Hannah was a great sitter! She met with us before the drop off and she sent updates with pictures too! Magic was very well taken care of and we will use her services again!!

What a nightmare. We had a meet and greet so that Hannah could see Paco understand his size and demeanor. We thought we found an experienced (she said 5 yrs but we just don't believe it) sitter. We booked her for two nights as practice since we also booked her for our 12 night overseas vacation. We arrived and she let Paco go into the back yard while we went over care instructions. A couple of minutes later we wondered what he was doing and couldn't find him. That because our 13 lb. puppy walked under a foot and a half gap at her gate. We found him down the street at an intersection. The next morning we texted Hannah to see how the night went and she said he yelped all night and she had to come downstairs and sleep outside his pen. He is 8 month old! He has never slept in his pen which we had told her. She then says she is done and we need to come get him and she cannot keep him for our vacation. Really??? Done after one night. This person is not experienced and not responsible enough to keep your family pet. I would give her zero stars if that is possible she has put unbelievable stress on us as we scramble to find another sitter before our trip.
