Pet care experience
I was raised by a veterinarian in Virginia where I care for 5 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 goats. I am a Textile Designer and have been living between New York and Philly for 8 years. I am very lucky to be the mom of a lovely little rescue orange kitty named Gouda. We both love cheese! I am available during the week after 5:30 pm and most weekends. I have been petsitting clients of my mom's, both with her and on my own, for approximately 10 years. I have a high level of experience managing multiple animals at once and understand how to accommodate animals with health and/or behavioral issues. I am a lover of the outdoors and would be happy to take dogs for runs/walks and play time in the park; rain or shine

Hannah is the ideal sitter for your furry family members for many reasons: she is caring, she treats your pets as if they were her own, she is experienced and her mother is a practicing veterinarian. She has been surrounded by animals all of her life and understands the importance of pets and how to care for them. Hannah cares for my two adult cats when I travel and does an excellent job. She sends me pictures from each visit to ease my mind and my cats are always happy to see her. Hannah is a true professional; she is outgoing, trustworthy and excellent with all animals. I highly recommend her and I look forward to her caring for my boys in the very near future.

Since I have a cat in my home, I am only open to caring for animals in their own homes. I am happy to stay for walks and play time/feeding time. I have experience giving medication to both cats and dogs.
Information Hannah H. would like to know about your pet
I am open to dogs of all breeds and sizes, and also willing to work with cats and other house pets. Before I sit him/her/them, I would like to know age, any appropriate health/behavioral concerns, and likes/dislikes regarding activities, food, treatment, other animals, etc. My goal is to not only provide appropriate care for the pet, but to ensure their comfortability throughout the process as I am a stranger to them.
A typical day
Coming from VA, my first priority when I arrived in the city was getting to know all of the various parks and dog runs. I am an avid runner and outdoors woman and would love to give your dog a break from the city life and aid in his/her outdoor exploration. In addition to walks, I am happy to take dogs that need to burn a bit more energy for runs, one-on-one playtime (fetch, frisbee, etc), and/or playtime with friends in a dog run if desired.

I am currently working from home full time. I am able to visit your pet before and after work, and on lunch breaks. I am available most weekends.
