I have taken care of and owned dogs dogs my entire life, all of which have been various sizes, breeds, activity levels, ages, personalities, etc.! Some breeds include Basset hounds, corgis, blue heelers, Belgian Malinoises, Norwegian Elkhounds, and labradoodles. I am trained in Dog and Cat First Aid and CPR through the Red Cross and am happy to provide any information about this. I have also taken care of dogs for friends and family, and this has included walking, feeding, and loving them as my own. In addition, I have trained my own dogs from a young age and am knowledgable about providing care and nurturing senior dogs. I have a very open schedule throughout the summer and a flexible schedule throughout the academic year, as I will be attending the pre-clinical years of medical school. Because I have my own dog, I will be unable to stay in your house overnight for house-sitting. However, I am able to do multiple drop-in visits per day and stay for a few hours at a time during these drop-ins for the rate of house-sitting if you are travelling! I can also reliable provide your dog with any medications if necessary.
