Pet care experience
I grew up in Denver with all sorts of dogs; Labradors, Greyhounds, Golden Retrievers, Flat-Coat Retrievers, Shiba Inus, Great Danes, Poodles, and Corgis from both breeders and rescues. I have worked as a freelance dog walker, and pet sitter over the years. I'm an outdoor enthusiast and animal lover. I got a “Pandemic Puppy” an intelligent Cardigan Welsh Corgi named Skeeter Valentine. I have spent the past year in lockdown researching and putting into action best practices for raising a puppy. I’m very proud of my well behaved 1 year old Skeeter, whom we continue to train and see improvement! I’ve enjoyed the challenge of raising a high drive and high energy puppy like Skeeter even during lockdown! We love anything outdoors, long walks, playing ball, a good chase, brain puzzles, and stopping to smell the flowers! Unfortunately I am allergic to cats, and unable to offer cat care services. Currently not actively working as a caretaker for animals due to injury. I am looking for support with my fun, energetic, intelligent Corgi named Skeeter

Hannah has provided loving care for our dogs on several previous occasions, doing dog sitting and walking. We are plan to use her dependable services again next month. One of our dogs is a skittish rescue Australian shepherd. Hannah has won over this dog with calm patience and persistence. She has previously helped us care for a diabetic and a hypothyroid dog. I definitely recommend her services.

Hannah is awesome. We have two dogs (we had three until recently) and Hannah has house sat the dogs. She is very responsible and great with dogs. Our dogs love her.

To keep dogs safe I only allow free run in a securely enclosed yard, otherwise leash on at all times. If the dog is crate trained I will use the crate appropriately. I encourage a balance of physical exercise, mental exercise, and quiet time. I am fully vaccinated and hope you are too!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs and how I can account for them. I prefer to work with medium to small breed dogs, with basic obedience and good at loose leash walking. Ideally your dog does well with other dogs and I can incorporate my dog Skeeter in the care of yours!
A typical day
I prioritize excercising the dogs mind and body with brain puzzles, sniffing challenges, hikes and ball sessions! I utilize classical music to encourage calmness for quiet times
