Hannah stayed at our house for 7 nights and watched over our 7 month old kitten and 6 year old German shepherd. She did multiple check ins through out the day, accompanied with photos and videos. We were in communication daily with frequent updates on how the animals were doing. She left the house exactly how we left it, and our animals loved her. We met the week before on our meet + greet and spent a good amount of time together, walking through my neighborhood so she could get to know my dog Jammer and his behaviors. She has a lot of experience with reactive dogs, and I felt so safe leaving with that kind of knowledge and experience. This was my first time using Rover, and I will definitely be using it again for Hannah's services.

Hannah house sat for our dog and chickens for 4 weeks staying at our house part time over christmas (not an easy job) and we would hire her again. We felt comfortable with her in our house and caring for the pets - she is friendly and good with dogs - our and her dog got along well which was fun for all of us. She was a great communicator through the rover app - responded quickly answered things fully. 4 stars due to a couple things that i think are related to being newish to this sort of work which given her response to my raising the issues to her, she will no doubt improve on in the future (erring on the side of letting us know things that might or might not be an issue).
