Will hike/walk/play with your dog!

Pet care experience

Over the years I have taken care of dogs ranging anywhere between toy breeds to giant breeds, and all types of varying personalities. I live a very active lifestyle, especially with hiking, running, and walking with both my 6 year old German Shepherd, and my parents 11 year old Pomeranian, therefore, I am able and looking forward to participating in those activities with your dog(s) as well! I am also a certified professional dog trainer that works with puppies, young and adult dogs, as well as behavior dogs. I am able to read dog’s body language, which helps me make your dog’s time with me a bit more comfortable by adjusting to each individual dog. Below is a testimony from one of my previous training clients as well: Hannah is a dog whisperer! We decided on professional training for our 6-month Bernese Mountain Dog puppy as we have two older dogs in our home and felt that we needed help in providing our puppy with a solid foundation which seemed near impossible with our other two crazy furries. We did have apprehensions: we wanted Mavis trained but we did not want to break her spirit and we were concerned that we would get the outcome we desired. Could WE do it? Then we met Hannah. She is beyond amazing and the ultimate professional. She was patient when explaining her approach and throughout the process. She broke down the lessons into manageable pieces and was inclusive with each member of family building confidence in our 13-year old daughter. Our goals were to have a well behaved dog that could go everywhere with us and to have a dog that our daughter (and us) could control and enjoy walking. Hannah over delivered! Mavis is 100% off leash trained at 10 months of age. She listens to each family member with the same level of intensity. Our daughter walks her everywhere without our assistance. Mavis goes to restaurants, parks and crowded events. She is not distracted by other dogs or humans yet remains her sweet natured, happy, silly self. We receive compliments everywhere we go on how well behaved she is. Folks have even asked if we are dog trainers! We are certainly not but Hannah’s dog whispering abilities and teaching skills have certainly made us, and Miss Mavis, look like rockstars of the well-behaved dog world. Would hire Hannah again I’m a heartbeat for our next pup - highly recommend! -Robyn L.

Hannah was great with communicating with me with pictures and videos during the 9 days and nights drop in visits for my two dogs. I can tell my two dogs had great time with her. She even stopped by and took them out during the day because one of my dog didn’t poop that morning, and she didn’t want her to be uncomfortable all day! That really shows how much she loves dogs! She is a wonderful sitter!

Thank you to Hannah!!! She was able to just take right over for me and take care of our new puppy while I was gone for an entire day. In and out of the crate, clean ups, playtime and feeding! Super helpful and plenty of communication with me. While I had plenty of instructions for the puppy along with our other dog, I realized I didn't really need all of that as Hannah knows what to do and could deal with any issues! No worries on my part! Hannah is super friendly and really enjoys the dogs!

If you are looking for someone to care for your dog Hannah is definitely the person to go to. She loves animals and is responsible, caring, and friendly! She will treat your pups just like they are her own. Hannah treats every animal just like they are her own. If you need someone I would recommend her you won't regret it!

Safety, trust & environment

For the safety of your fur baby, it’s preferred they are crate trained so when they are unsupervised they don’t have the opportunity to get into anything they shouldn’t (like those yummy socks). They only spend a fraction of their time with me in the crate, so all the other times we are cuddling , playing or going for walks together!

Information Hannah D. would like to know about your pet

I have no breed preferences as I enjoy the company of all dogs.. However, I would like to know how your dog is with both new strangers and new dogs so I can be aware of it when taking care of them. As well as if the owner is comfortable with other dogs going on walks with their own dog.

A typical day

Lots of playing and fun trail walks together! Can be with just myself or with my happy go lucky German shepherd! Can’t wait to take care of your fun loving furry family member!
