With a lifelong love for animals, I bring 26 years of dedicated pet care experience to the table. Growing up in a household that welcomed a diverse range of canine companions, from Labs to Great Danes and Dachshunds, I've gained a deep understanding of dogs of all sizes and temperaments. My pet-sitting journey began early as I took on responsibilities for friends and family, caring for Chihuahuas, Pit Mixes, Goldens, Labs, and more. One of my favorite party tricks is teaching pups how to shake paws! I cherish the privilege of looking after both energetic puppies and wise elderly pets, and I've even welcomed the delightful world of feline friends into my life over the past five years. My love for animals goes beyond the ordinary; it fills me with boundless joy and affection whenever I'm in their presence. I extend my care to the community as well, tending to our neighborhood's community cat. For me, pet care isn't just a job; it's an absolute privilege, and I'm committed to providing exceptional love and attention to every furry friend I meet. A fun addition is that I am also a professional photographer and love getting to take pictures both cute, silly, and sometimes artistic of all pets I see!

Hannah has dog sat for me numerous times and always does a fantastic job! My dog is a big, strong Staffordshire Bull Terrier and he melts as soon as she walks through the door. She sends me pictures of him, takes him on walks, and plays with him. She even bought him his favorite toy. Highly recommended if you want a dog-sitter you can trust!

In my apartment currently, I'm only able to provide in-house sitting services primarily for cats (who have their own litter boxes) as I do not have an outdoor space for pups to run around in. I ensure a comfortable and clean environment, catering to their specific needs. When it comes to services in the client's home, I prioritize the well-being and happiness of their beloved pets. Enrichment and playtime are essential components of my care routine, as I love engaging with animals to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. Taking dogs on walks is one of my favorite activities, allowing them to get their exercise and explore new scents. For pets who prefer lounging, I'm always ready for a good snuggle session, providing the companionship and comfort they crave. I also do have experience with taking care of pets that have to take medications, even multiple times a day. I understand the importance of maintaining a sense of security and routine for pets when their owners are away. Just like I hate seeing my own pup's sad face when I have to leave for a trip, I know how crucial it is to ensure that pets feel safe, cared for, and loved during their owner's absence. When caring for the dogs I watch, I prioritize keeping them engaged, happy, and active. I believe in tailoring activities to each dog's personality, preferences, and energy level. Some of the fun activities I enjoy doing with dogs include: 1. **Interactive Play**: Engaging in games like fetch, tug-of-war, and hide-and-seek to stimulate their minds and provide physical exercise. 2. **Outdoor Adventures**: Exploring local parks, trails, and nearby nature spots for invigorating walks and exciting outdoor experiences. I'm also open to going to spots that your dog knows and is comfortable with! 3. **Socialization**: Organizing playdates with other friendly dogs (with the owner's consent) to encourage social interaction and enhance their social skills. 4. **Training and Enrichment**: Incorporating basic training exercises and puzzle toys to challenge their cognitive abilities and reinforce good behavior. 5. **Cuddles and Affection**: Ensuring plenty of quality cuddle time, petting, and affection to provide comfort and emotional support. 6. **Quiet Time**: Recognizing that some dogs appreciate downtime, I also offer relaxation and nap periods to help them recharge. My goal is to create a balanced and enjoyable experience for the dogs in my care. While I may have favorite places for walks, I'm always open to accommodating the dog's preferences and exploring new exciting destinations that align with their interests and needs. Ultimately, the activities are tailored to ensure they have a paw-sitively great time during their stay with me.
