My main goal as a Rover Sitter is to give you peace of mind knowing that your dog is receiving the best care while you are on vacation or even while you are at work! That means daily pictures of your dog playing, napping, and having the best time! I offer Doggy Daycare and Boarding in my home. My husband and I both take care of the pups full time so one of us is almost always home with them. We love to play outside throughout the day and when we’re not we’ll be cozied up inside. We have a large, fully fenced back yard with plenty of room to run and play. Inside we have central heat and a/c so your pups can stay comfortable year round. We usually host 10-15 dogs at a time, so it is extremely important that your dog is friendly and gets along well with other dogs.  If you are uncomfortable with a group this size, this will not be a good fit for you.  But, if you are excited to see your dog running, wrestling, and playing chase with all their new friends, this is the place for them! The dogs are always supervised when playing in the backyard. My goal is to send your pup home happy and tired at the end of their stay🐾 My husband and I have two little girls who love every animal they come in contact with. However, we understand not all dogs are comfortable around children so they are kept separate from the pups for the most part. I take safety very seriously.  When your dog stays with us, I take several precautions to keep everyone safe:
 
 - All dogs are fed separately in their crates. - Dogs are never left together unattended. All dogs are crated and separated if I need to run a quick errand.
  - All dogs sleep in separate crates. We have extra-large sized crates so your pup will have plenty of room to sprawl out.   - New dogs are introduced to group one at a time *** We do not accept dogs that howl or cry in their crates as we need sleep too. *** We are unable to host dogs that have high anxiety *** We are unable to host females in heat *** All dogs over 2 years old must be fixed THINGS TO KNOW WHEN BOOKING: - Please have your dog’s Rover bio up to date. (Contact info, any thing I should know about their personality, vet info, etc.) - All dogs need to have a collar with an I.D. tag. - The ONLY thing you should bring is enough food/meds for their stay along with your dog on a leash.  All food/ meds should be pre-portioned, by meal, in disposable sandwich bags (if portions are different for each meal, please label them).  Please put any meds in the same bag with the meal it should be taken with.  If your dog eats canned food, don’t worry about dividing the meals out. - Personal beds/toys/bowls/belongings can cause issues with our group as some dogs get possessive over their personal belongings from home.  Do not bring any of these items.  Only bring your dog on a leash and food/meds, nothing else. We will provide the other items. If your pup will be more comfortable in a sweater or rain jacket feel free to bring that as well. Just be aware that these sometimes get torn while they’re playing with the other dogs. -If for whatever reason your pup runs out of food we always have an extra bag on hand and charge $2 a meal to reimburse for what we use. - Please make sure your dog is up to date on their vaccinations before their stay.  If your dog is coughing or has diarrhea or is otherwise sick, please do not bring them over.  We work extremely hard to keep our home and yard sanitary for the safety of all dogs who stay with us!
