Pet care experience
I have been caring for a variety of animals my whole life. From small pets (guinea pigs and rats) as a young child, cats and dogs as I grew older, and reptiles and other exotic pets as an adult. I have a dog, cat, tortoise, and fish myself and I understand the stress that comes with trusting another person with their care. You can trust me with my years of experience dog/cat sitting, working in a zoo and pet store, and just as a fur mom myself. I put safety first and have experience with small dogs all the way to extra large. I am patient with them and know what to look for in a stressed pup who needs extra love! I will treat your pets the way you would treat them. I like to send pictures to pet parents to let them know how their baby is doing and I make sure to leave notes about their daily activities.

I only watch pets in your home. During our visit I’ll ask any necessary safety questions. For example: do they try to escape when the door or gate opens? Would storms or fireworks make them anxious or aggressive? The answers will help me take proper precautions to keep everyone safe.

A typical day
When I visit pets I generally let them decide what’s on the docket. Dogs might want a walk or playtime in the yard, cats might want cuddles or a good brushing. Of course we’ll always do the things you’ve requested as well.

I currently work 9-5 on weekdays so am unavailable during those times. Most of the time I am available mornings and evenings on week days. I am usually available weekends and holidays.
