Pet care experience
I currently reside in Haymarket, Virginia. I believe that I'm a responsible dog sitter because I have plenty experience with not only dogs but other pets. I have grown up with all sorts of animals, ranging from guinea pigs, lizards, a snake, dogs, rabbits, and fish. I have always had a passion for all sorts of animals - especially dogs. I have previous employment with a boarding facility and a private veterinarian. I gained experience as a kennel assistant which provides care to the animals that are boarding or admits, help restrain for appointments, can give (some) medications, feed, clean, re-stock, and let the dogs out for their work. Having this experience, as well as personal experience, makes me a qualified candidate to take care of your doggos!

Communication was the issue here. Hanna was great about communicating what time she would be there to walk Changó, however I asked her three other several questions, if she could walk him for the full 30 minutes, since that was what I was paying for, if she could let me know if he pooped or not, and if she could put some food in his bowl. Again, all three questions were completely ignored, while she chose to be resposive to the parts of the message she felt like reaponding to ( what time she would arrive ) so I know that she was saying the communications I sent her. I used her 2 times, the first time I had only asked her one question about the length of the walk, but on that occasion as well that question was ignored. Neither of the two walks were the full 30 minutes that I paid for. Terrible that she won't work out, because according to the app she lived really close by. Was hoping to make our regular, but she seems to be a do the bare minimum type of person. I will not be using her again.
Hanna walked my dog two days while I had to work long hours. She took on some extra instructions and communicated well. Would definitely book her again! Thanks!

I love all breeds of dogs! I'm experienced with many breeds from working at an a boarding facility and a private veterinarian when I was in college. I also have grown up with plenty of pets as well!
A typical day
I live in Northern Virginia where there are many places to take the doggos on long walks, and even mini hikes. I currently live in a neighborhood that provides many walking spaces - including parks and wooded areas! If granted permission, there are also plenty of dog parks nearby!

I currently work from home full-time. I am available throughout the week and weekends. I just need a few days notice so I can adjust my work schedule as well!
