Pet care experience
A dog has been part of my family ever since my sister and I begged and presented a well-researched argument to my parents 12 years ago. Caring for and loving my dogs has been wonderful ever since and I've learned a lot about dogs and myself through these years. Recently, I've gained more experience with training and working with more difficult dogs as my current dog is not always friendly with other dogs. I have spent a lot of time working with a trainer to acclimate her to being around other dogs, so I have learned even more about inter-dog dynamics. Additionally, I worked in a veterinarian's office and at a doggy day care for 3 years in high school and college, so I have a lot of experience working with and caring for dogs from all backgrounds.

Halley worked at a Doggie Daycare and at a boarding kennel for several summers, as well as taking care of her own 2 dogs for the past 12 years, and dog/pet sitting for friends with 4 dogs at any given time. Not to mention cats, fish, chinchillas and your random tree frog. She is very experienced with all aspects of dog/pet care. She does baths, brushes teeth, trims nails, etc. She is very responsible as well as loving and kind. She definitely has a way with dogs. They all love her. So will you.
Halley has been a trusted and caring dog sitter for my dogs for many years. She has watched between 2-4 dogs at our house at a time and makes sure they all have their needs met and is able to deal with the quirks of the smaller, yappier dogs. She takes the larger dogs for walks in the neighborhood and I am confident she can handle anything they might encounter. I trust Halley being in my home (and feed the fish and get the mail). If your dogs need any medications, she is also well equipped to administer the correct dosages. Highly recommend!!!

Availability
I am a physician assistant student on clinical rotations, so I hope to earn a little money and take a break from studying and working to care for some pets! My schedule varies with each rotation, so I anticipate being flexible to care for dogs and cats while their families work various hours.
