Pet care experience
-$70 PER NIGHT, FLAT RATE PET-SITTING!- (includes 3-4 visits a day, walks, & meals. Plus no extra fee for multiple pets!) *If needed, I can also sleep overnight in your home for an additional $25 per night (bringing the total cost to $85 per night)* **Due to COVID I am not currently offering this service.** *Message for a correct quote if you have more than 1 pet, as it will automatic try to charge for multiple pets. Dog walking is the only service that has an extra pet fee* I've been in Austin 8+ years, and a Texan my whole life. I grew up with animals & currently have two small dogs named Mr.Pickles & Dobby. I would love to care for your pet & provide you the freedom of peace of mind while traveling. Having my own pets, I know how valuable that is! I grew up with cats, but don't have any currently, though I can happily care for them :) Back in DFW I volunteered with the humane society & loved getting to know the different breeds and personalities. I have a blind senior dog, and have fostered many dogs with needs, so special needs pups will be well cared for, as well as senior dogs & dogs who need medication administered. **A note about COVID-19** I have been quarantining, and wearing a mask for ANY external interaction, and taking clorox wipes when doing so. I work remotely from home, and am not taking any overlapping clients at this time for the safety of my clients (I’m also spacing out bookings with a 3 day buffer). If interested in booking, I am happy to work with you to ensure your comfort and safety, wiping down any touched surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes. If you are not taking similar measures, please do not book me, as I care for my elderly father and cannot come into contact with anyone participating in high-risk activities such as large indoor unmasked events. Stay safe!* My Animal Experience: I volunteered with the humane society, and I have had dogs my whole life. Also, I'm just a bit of an information hoarder when it comes to dog behavior and illnesses, signs to watch for, and best practices (aka: I'm a helicopter-dog-mom, haha). Why I Love Dog Sitting: My whole life I've loved animals. We always had family pets growing up and I can't imagine living in a dog-less house. My dream future is some sort of senior animal farm, or temporary shelter for pets of people fleeing various bad situations. My Experience Administering Medication: Yes, I can administer medicine. Just let me know beforehand and I can get some tricky treats to sneak it in :) I work as a freelance graphic designer, so that provides me the ability to visit your dog midday (no waiting 8-6!), or other odd hours. I am detail oriented and will treat your home respectfully. I like to leave things just as I found them. I also scan the area to ensure safety when being let outside or which walk route might be safest.
Reviews
Haley came recommended from our regular rover sitters and she was great with all three of our dogs. Would definitely recommend to any looking for dog care
Haley is the absolute best, she updates us regularly with great photos and is very responsive. She always leaves the sweetest notes for us upon our return, and our pup loves her. Can't recommend her enough!
Haley is the absolute best! She provides detailed and adorable updates often, and it's obvious the dogs are more than well cared for. All the stars for Haley!
Haley's taken great care of my elderly dog a couple of times now and she's done a fantastic job. She's very kind, trustworthy and always asks if she can do more. Haley is the first person I'd want taking care of my fur babies :)

I am sure to check the environment and ask at our meet & greet about anything I need to be aware of when walking your pets or supervising them in the yard.
Information Haley W. would like to know about your pet
It's best to let me in on preferences, quirks, etc. Each dog is unique and sometimes using their favorite nickname, throwing their favorite toy, or serving their food a certain way can help them feel more comfortable.
A typical day
Time I'll spend with your dog or cat: I spend 1 hour or more the first visit, to help the dog or cat become acclimated. Then each time after that varies from 1 to 2 hours. I've had requests to watch a movie on the couch with pups, so some nights I can do that. I do offer sleep-overnight sitting for an additional $25 fee. Extra house-sitting services Certainly! I know what it's like to lose my basil to a vacation- no fun. I'd be happy to water plants, bring in mail, rotate lighting, etc.
