Hello! I'm Haley, and my husband, Jim, and my four children are affectionate, attentive, and kind. We will treat your pups like they are our own. My family recently lost our sweet dog Ally, and since we're not yet ready to adopt again, we'd love to take the opportunity to help another family out in the meantime. My family is my husband and I, plus our four kids, and we are all huge dog lovers! In addition to having cared for our pups, we were also a foster family for Rovers Retreats in San Diego. It is a dog rescue organization for dogs that are homeless, sick, abandoned, or elderly dogs that need a safe place to stay. If your pup doesn't like to spend too much time alone, they'll be in good company in our house. I'm home all day except Monday and Wednesday, which means your pup will get endless love and playtime. Since my family is so crazy about dogs, we think that pet sitting is a family affair. Although I'll be the primary caregiver, my husband and all my kids are always excited to have a new pup to play with and will have a hand in making sure they get the love and attention they need while you're away. We live in Paradise Hills in Albuquerque. It's a great neighborhood that is very dog- and kid-friendly. We have a fenced-in backyard, so your pup will have some room to run around during the day. Around our house, your puppy is free to come and go as they please! We also enjoy taking family walks around the neighborhood, so your dog is always welcome to come along if they feel up for it. Pickup and drop-off are between 7 am - 7 pm. We do not accept aggressive breeds or dogs that are not incredible with children, dogs, and cats. We cannot accommodate dogs in heat or puppies not house trained.
