Pet care experience
Hi everyone! I'm Haley, and I sooooo miss my sweet puppo on the east coast. I'd love to fill that void with your dogs! I would be an owner if not for occasional travel:) I mean it! I want a DOGGIE PLAY DATE! I have it all planned! We can go for as many walks a day as the dog(s)/owners like to! For instance: Newport Nature Preserve! Huntington Dog Beach! Costa Mesa Doggie Park! Quail Ridge Trail! I also have a yard and a pool if the pups like to swim! Also a BED (if that's allowed) for cuddling! Yayyyyy Really I should be paying you. Board with me! My Dog Experience: My "BoBo Peanut Bear" is 3 years old and I was only with him consistently during his first year. Every time I am home we are inseparable. We walk in the woods, play in the lakes, go to dog parks, canoe together, fetch and run around, pretty much look for treasure all day. Sometimes I take him to the city which is WAY EXCITING for my little guy. I love him to death and wanted a dog my whole life. They finally get one when I fly the coop! I've petsat dogs my whole life, petsat puppies who need to pee every hour, some older puppies, some strong puppies (I am also strong:). I can maintain your behavior rules (I'm not a sucker for begging for people food:) I am calm and nice and I think dogs feel that. I have not handled any special-needs dogs yet, but I am totally interested if the owner would be willing to share their knowledge! I used to work as a hospice volunteer so learning health-related tasks is certainly not new:) Anyway! Bring your pup to me! Make me happy! We can figure out something if money is a problem. I want you to be happy and satisfied:)

Haley is a seasoned and wise dog-caring person. Having been around dogs all her life, she has a knack and understanding for dog behavior and dog well-being and happiness. She finds the perfect balance between maintaining a safe environment for all living beings involved, and nurturing the essential element of what it is to be happy and fulfilled pup! I would and have put my full trust in Haley with my 3 year old dog Finn, as well as with a group of his rambunctious young friends. Haley is confident and capable while at the same time comforting and playful. Can't imagine a better caregiver for your dog!
Haley has taken wonderful care of my old Golden Retriever, Jackson, for over a 6 months while my family and I were away in Africa. She texted and sent us pictures regularly. We felt completely comfortable knowing that Jackson was taken care of and loved in our absence. We consider Jackson one of the family and were so relieved to have him taken care of while we were gone.
Haley has taken care of my mutt and a friend's two labs. She is very responsible and careful about particularities such as diet and medication. The dogs were happy and healthy after their time with her. She is flexible about taking care of dogs at her house or housesitting. Though she does not have her own dog right now, I understand part of her motivation to begin dogsitting through Rover is having dogs in her life for short stays. Would recommend!

No preferences! Love all dogs! I'm sure you smart owners will let me know if your dog has any sensitivities to different things. I just want them and you to be happy:) We can do whatever fun stuff they want. And as much exercise as the want!
A typical day
Oh of course we're going to go on walks. I need walks! They help me think! Unfortunately I cannot run due to a surfing injury but I can walk allllll day! Dog day date with Haley: -yard, phew. -breakfast, yum. -walks, necessary. -neighbor's dogs, jealous. (We play too, don't worry;) -Haley answers emails for an hour with coffee. Doggie relaxes:) -Dog beach? Hike? Want to sniff people? Want to go to a dog park? Okie dokie:) -Sleepy puppy yet? No? Pool pup? Yes!? (there are steps for easy entry/exit:) -Haley gets wet too and we gotta towel down / be pool bums and read -Din din -Sunsets are important. -Cuddles. Really hoping the owners are ok with the pup on the bed if s/he likes:) if not, we can totally put the dog bed next to me (for my protection;)
