I was very pleased with Haley as she was prompt, persistent and honest and dealt with my two "problem" pooches with great aplomb. My dog Bailey is a 14 year old golden retriever - a real sweetie but he is not overly energetic and in fact has weak hips and pretty much sleeps all the time except for his 4 forays out a day to do business. I had company visiting from far away and really wanted to show them some of Maine but that would necessitate being away mid day when he needed to be given a pain pill and "watered" . She was able to get him his pill, and made sure he had icy water but he would not show an interest in going out tho she tried to get him to move. She communicated with me via text and email and that was excellent as she knew how much I loved that old dog. It worked out fine in the end those 3 days as our schedule had us doing early morning departures and mid afternoon returns to avoid traffic. I was and am most grateful that I did not have to fret over Bailey's medication schedule being fouled up -- the pain meds are essential to his quality of life. The second challenge was Casey, an 8 - 10 year old bichon who belongs to my out of state guests-- like many tiny dogs, he is perhaps less disciplined because if he misbehaves, you can just scoop him up. He has an ear piercing bark and uses it frequently AND apparently has some separation anxiety on this the first road trip of his life -- in fact he had never left home except a couple of trips to the kennel. Haley had to extract him from the golden retriever sized kennel in my living room, and get him out the door to do business. She succeeded and told us afterwards that the second time she helped us with him, he was pretty hostile when removing him from the crate. In any case, I am most satisfied and would definitely contact Haley again.

Haley is a true animal lover! She has always had pets and loves wildlife. Haley is very experienced with a variety of pets but especially enjoys interacting with dogs.
