I unfortunately cannot recommend Haley for sitting services. Haley had issues for our first meet and greet appointment so we had to reschedule and then was unresponsive and late to our second meet and greet appointment with another excuse. Against my better judgement, I still gave her a chance to pet sit at my house. The first night she was supposed to stay, she lied to me and told me she was grabbing something to eat and coming back but did not ever come back. The agreement was for overnight pet services so you can imagine my surprise. When I finally got a hold of her the next morning, she made up another excuse for why she didn’t come back. Once she did return, she was there for about 2 hours only to leave again and go to work. About 10 hours into that day, she messaged me and stated she would be there soon. I had listed that my pets could only be alone for 6-8 hours and around hour 12 of her being away, she messaged me another excuse for why she couldn’t be there yet. At that point, I had to let Haley go. I asked her to return my key and she stated she would that night. I had to find another sitter from 3000 miles away on the spot. Haley was again, unresponsive and never returned my key. I had to contact Rover and after I messaged Haley over and over again, and Rover contacted her, she finally returned my key an additional 24 hours later. I am lucky that a neighbor was available. Do not book with Haley.

Haley did an awesome job!!!! Will definitely will refer her to my pet friends.
