Pet care experience
I have been caring for animals since I was in first grade. Growing up I had two cats, and then a year ago I adopted a dog. I worked in a home that fostered animals for SAAP.

Her and my dogs were not a good match, but she was communicative and waited until other arrangements could be made.
Haley did an amazing job of taking care of our two pups. They were happy and healthy and well taken care of when we got home. She also took great care of our home. Her parents definitely raised her right. We will definitely book Haley for future trips.
Haley is a very responsible pet caregiver!! She loves all animals and treats them as if they are her best friends! Haley loves to take dogs on walks, to dog parks and dog sit, that makes her very very happy!!

I like for the clients to let me know things about their animals and what works in their family. It can be stressful for the pet meeting someone completely new without their family around. I like to take the time to let the animals get to know me, and once they are comfortable we will start to play!

When it comes to caring for a dog you need to know every detail. Dog are used to routine and if you mess something up in the routine they will be confused. You need to know when they eat, how much they eat, can they be with other animals, do they like other humans, do they take medication, do they need to be crated when no one is home, etc.
A typical day
I love to go on walks and take dogs to the dog park if they are friendly with other dogs and humans. I also love to play fetch with them! I love close to a dog park in my area so I really enjoy taking the dogs there.

Availability
I am currently a college student home for the summer, so I have lots of time on my hands. I love animals so what better job to have that let’s families have fun and not have to worry about their furry friends at home!
