I have grown up around dogs and have always been looking after them. During high school I would watch over serval types of dogs big and small. I treated them as they were my own. I volunteer at a local shelter as a dog walker and foster parent. I was fortunate to be able to adopt my first dog through the shelter, a 5 year old Chihuahua. He was so kind with other dogs and with the permission of the pet parent, really helped socialize the other dogs I was watching. I also adopted an eight week old puppy and now what the experience is like with that. Socializing him, taking him out every 30 mins, not missing a feeding and so much more that comes to having a puppy. I love every second that I get to have with a dog and hope to get the opportunity to watch and learn more about them.
