Pet care experience
Hey there! I'm 22 years old, and a substitute teacher in the Vernon Parish area. This job leaves me with a pretty flexible schedule, so as long as I have enough notice, we can work something out. Dog walking and pet sitting are my absolute favorite side hustles, as I'm a major dog lover. (Although, I'm friendly with all kinds of pets!) I'm responsible, reliable, and always on time, and will care for your dogs as if they were my own. Right now, I have one dog of my own, a Jack-Russel/Beagle mix named Reepicheep. I've also had a lab (Lucky) who passed away at 13 years old last year. I've had extremely active dogs for most of my life, and I have experience with disabled dogs, senior dogs, puppies, pet sitting, and kennel care.

Haley was fantastic house sitting with our 3 dogs and 1 cat. She was very flexible with us when the military decided to make last minute changes to our schedule, and I definitely felt like she cared about our pets' safety as much as we did. It relieved a lot of stress from a travelling weekend knowing that our furbabies were in good hands!
Five Stars...Haley was an awesome dog sitter, she was responsible and very detailed. She followed all the instructions for each of our pups. I couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job. As a dog sitter myself here on Rover, I will definitely use Haley again in the future.

(How far do they usually walk?) -Let me know if your dog has any medical conditions or allergies, and if you want me to administer medicine (oral only) or run them through therapy exercises or training commands, leave clear instructions.
A typical day
Walking: - If there's an area to walk near your home, I'll always go with that until you ask me to take them somewhere else, and give you updates before and after the walk. My Two Favorite Routes: -There's a 2 mile route near the airport/country club that works well for smaller dogs. -West Park has a great area to walk dogs (.9 miles/ as many laps as necessary)
