This sitter lost our dog. The worry and anxiety that my partner and I had once we landed from our flight and see messages from a random person who wasn't even the sitter saying they found our dog running in the streets. Please if you care about your dog do not, I repeat do not use this sitter. We were able to find a new sitter and someone who was kind enough to take him in. We wanted him far away from the care of this person. He was left in the backyard unattended as a puppy. The sitter also had other people around him who we weren’t even aware of before his stay started. Imagine being on vacation and getting a text and calls that your dog escaped and was running down the street. Something is really off with this sitter and she is not reliable. Our fur baby was put in danger with this sitter. This was absolutely unacceptable and very scary. Thank god to Rover trust and safety team for contacting other sitters while we were on a flight worried. I’m so exhausted as this day was so horrifying.
