Hello! My name is Hailey. I offer dog boarding + daycare in my home. I have been sitting dogs for 12+ years and many more to come! It all began when I was 13 years old - I wanted to create a home away from home dog owners can feel good about, as opposed to industrial dog boarding facilities. Every day after school, you could find me at the local dog park passing out my homemade dog sitting flyers. I built up a hefty clientele at the time & am happy to still be sitting dogs today. I only accept 1-2 dogs at a time. Dogs should be well behaved and up-to-date on vaccinations, heart worm, and their flea + tick regimen. All clients must set up a consultation beforehand :)

Hailey was able to gain my dog’s trust and love really quickly, which doesn’t happen often with other people. She takes her on walks, hikes, and other places which gives my dog good exercise and socialization. I’m very happy with Hailey!
Hailey is so wonderful with my dogs! They get along great with the other dogs in the home & are always happy to go visit. It’s so convienent being able to drop them off at her home knowing they have free roam & won’t be stuck in a cage. She’s responsive if I have questions & I can tell she truly cares about & loves animals. Can’t recommend her enough.

DAILY LIFE: -I only accept 1-2 dogs at a time (any size!) - Your dog will stay with me and my english cocker spaniel, Honey! She is 14 years old & has grown up with me sitting dogs regularly. She gladly welcomes everyone into her home! - I work remotely, so I am home all day long. - In the morning & evening, we go on walks! - At night, the dogs sleep with me in my bedroom. THE PROPERTY: - Due to Rover's policy of backyards, I want to provide some further safety information about the property! - Dogs typically hang inside with me as I work on my computer, but they are welcome to go out into my yard/patio which is completely secured and fenced. - My cottage is small & my double doors are left open to my patio during the day ONLY. It is an ample sized patio space, but small enough to keep dogs supervised at all times. - My patio is ground-level with my cottage. No second floors and I always have a view of your dog at all times. - The patio about 400 square feet - 8 foot fences which stem up from a 3 foot brick wall. - Neighbors on all sides of the fences. No loud streets. - Double gate surrounding the property - ACS security protected property & neighborhood - Ambiance: I have a large fountain (not within any dog's level of reach), lemon and orange trees lining the patio & plenty of shrubbery! MY DOG HONEY: - Your pup will be sharing the home with my disabled cocker spaniel, Honey Girl. - Honey is my special pup of 14 years & going strong. She is completely blind - but she LOVES being around other dogs & even though she can't see, she still loves to play & pulls me on walks! SPECIAL NEEDS: - I am able to administer medications and/or adhere to diet plans. HEALTH: - All dogs must be on heartworm medication & a flea/tick pill or regimen. - All shots are required. I must meet your dog before their stay to ensure they are a good fit & are feeling comfortable in our home. -I do not accept more than 1-2 dogs at a time. -Senior and special needs dogs are very welcome! -Trained and well behaved dogs only. -I am more than able to take care of dogs who require extra attention. My dog is a senior and is blind.
A typical day
I walk my dog Honey every day around our neighborhood. She is a senior so we take it slow and let her sniff all she wants! On days I have a dog who needs a longer walks, I love to walk to the neighborhood park. I'm an avid hiker, but hikes are done only with owner's approval. My go-to dog friendly hike is Kenter Canyon. All dogs have different activity levels, so I am able to accommodate their individual needs, whether it be more or less activity.
