Hailey's Happy Hounds!

Pet care experience

Hey, there! My name is Hailey and Nall is my fiance. While I will be completing the majority of the requests myself, Nall may occasionally accompany me as a helping hand. We are a young, energetic, couple who absolutely love animals! We rescued our sweet tabby cats, Nash and Nox, and our Border Collie mix, Luna, from animal shelters. I want to share that I have learned so much from my 80+ Rover clients that I am confident I will provide outstanding service at a competitive rate. Prior to beginning Rover, I gained experience while pet sitting for family and friends, working at a dog park, and a dog boarding kennel. I would be happy to accompany yours and your pets’ needs, and extend love to the furry members of your family. This includes many different services such as walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, and special attention for puppies and elderly dogs. When I leave, your home will look better than the way you left it!

Hailey is amazing with our dogs. Otis and Spike are always so excited to see her. She takes great care with them and truly cares about the well-being of our dogs. She always leaves the house cleaner than when she arrives and takes great pictures of what the dogs have been doing. I will continue to book Hailey whenever needed and you will not be disappointed if you have her look after your dog(s)!

We feel so at ease going on with our busy lives with Hailey as our dog walker!! We are “crazy puppy parents” and she exceeds our expectations, takes adorable pictures of our precious pup and is so reliable and easy to work with. Book her and you won’t be disappointed!

Hailey quickly became the immediate go-to for all of our house sitting needs. We have never had even a hint of a bad experience with her. She's the best!

Information Hailey L. would like to know about your pet

We only need to know a few basic things about your pet(s)! Do they have anxiety away from you as their owner? What are some habits they may display because of this? Are they aggressive towards other animals? People? How is their leash behavior? Allergies? Symptoms from said allergies? Do they try to find ways to escape? (yards, doorways, etc) Are they potty trained? Are they crate trained? We have absolutely no breed preferences! Please do not hesitate to message us if you have any questions regarding how we go about our stays, if you would like to meet us, or anything at all. We are here to help you, and here to help your pets feel safe, loved, and have fun!

A typical day

We are the type of people who talk to dogs in baby voices, who roll around on the floor with playful puppies, and cuddle or play with a laser light with cats for hours. I strive to keep your pets as close to their normal routine as possible- meals, potty breaks, sleeping habits, and how they go about their day will be the top priority! Meet and Greet's are REQUIRED for first-time clients. House Sitting: You'll have peace of mind knowing that your house and Fido are safe and secure each night! Free services included: plant watering, mail gathering, taking out the garbage, and washing any sheets/towels that I use. Your pets are family! And they will be treated as if they are mine while you are away. House sitting services begin at the agreed upon time by both parties. Arrival and departure times must be determined prior to the beginning of the stay. House sitting is on a 24-hour basis. Additional time needed after the 24 hour window on the last day will be charged as follows: additional 4-6 hours needed will be $10. Additional 7-10 hours additional is $25. Services needed after 8pm on the last day will be charged a house sitting rate. Please keep in mind that drop in visits are also an option. *A $5 key pick up/drop off fee will occur per drive. This goes for any service. (i.e. if I am required to pick up a key before a stay begins, and return the key after the stay ends, this will be a $10 charge.) Drop-in visits are a minimum of 30 minutes. This is ideal for dogs who are very independent and only need a quick potty break, a meal, water refresh, cuddles and playtime! Walks: I walk dogs rain, snow, or shine. If it is raining or heavily snowing, please let me know if you would like the walk to be cancelled, rescheduled, or the service to be altered (i.e. Instead of a walk, the service would become a drop-in visit, consisting of a potty break and indoor playtime). Exceptions: Windchill below 20 degrees will consist of a potty break and indoor playtime to burn off energy! Heat index above 90 degrees will consist of a quick walk, then cool down and playtime indoors. These exceptions are for your pets' safety! *Note* Service rates are based on: driving expenses, competitive sitters in the area, experience, and the overall assurance and quality care that you know your pets will receive! :) Please also keep in mind that Rover takes 15% of our fees to help cover insurance.
