I am a Texas A&M University alum and work part time for a local non-profit! It's been kind of a personal mission for me to make all dogs love me, and I'd say I have a pretty good track record :) My family has owned dogs my entire life (at one point we had 5!) so I'm very comfortable around them. I have had several dog sitting jobs in the past, with all sizes, ages, and breeds. Previously I had just been doing this by word of mouth, but I wanted to get some more exposure so to the internet I came! Additionally, throughout my college career I was heavily involved in an organization that trains service dogs. In October of 2016, I became a service dog trainer and had the honor of working with two dogs through that program. I received and started training each of them around 7 weeks of age. I cared for them, groomed them, potty trained them, taught them house manners and basic obedience, and taught them how to behave in public, walk on a loose leash, and perform some mobility tasks. One became a pet because of medical complications, and one is in the process of completing his training through Assistance Dogs of the West (ADW). And really I just love dogs and making new dog friends! I've yet to come across one I don't like!
