Just a total nightmare. I have an English bulldog and when I was dropping my dog off to her I can tell she wasn’t comfortable or didn’t know what she was doing . I brought my dog Christmas Eve at 10:00am because I was throwing a family party that day and was sent to picked the dog up Christmas at 8:00pm . She seemed afraid of the dog she kept asking me will he break out the cage I told her no he has near broken out the cage . She told me she never seen a dog like this in real life. So after I left I checked on the dog by texting her she said he was in the cage but was barking periodically then she asked for any suggestions about the barking . My dog usually does not bark a lot but he’s in a new place so I understand so I gave her some suggestions. She did take him on walks which she told me he was ok . But I guess when she gets back to the house he wasn’t comfortable. She then told me she had a crazy schedule for Christmas but still accepted my booking for 8:00pm on Christmas. She text me and asked if I can come get him the next day before 10am or between 2-4pm or after 8:00 pm . I was still hosting my Christmas party so was unable to respond at the moment . After being up since 7:00am running errands and hosting and throwing a party at my place I was extremely tired and finally got to lay down around midnight. At about 12:30 in the morning she called me and asked that I pick my dog up at 1:00am in the morning on Christmas. Are you serious . I had not too long took my shower and finally got in bed . It was freezing outside . I went to pick my dog at 1:00 in the morning on Christmas Day . Rover still charged my card the entire amount and I only got 15 hours of service . On top of that the day before I brought my dog she told me the dog she was watching broke out the gate and had an anxiety attack. She asked dogs my dog have that I told her no . So I’m pretty sure she called that owner and told them to come get their dog too. Bottom line she will call you at anytime and any reason to come get your dog . I don’t really think she skilled for dogs or their needs .
