I am a working college student and I am a lifelong animal lover. On top of going to school full-time to study environmental science and economics, I work two part-time jobs as well as pet sitting and housesitting. You could definitely say I like to keep busy! I am reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and caring. I make sure your pets are happy, healthy, and having fun while you are away. For dog walks, I do require at least 12-24 hour notice before you would like me to walk your pet. This is because it helps me schedule my days and know where I need to be and when. I also would like to know how long/far you typically walk your dog, their behavior on and off-leash, and whether or not they are comfortable with other dogs. I do have experience walking dogs who do not get along with other dogs/animals, so I do my best to make sure your pet is safe and getting good exercise. For pet sitting, I offer both overnight and drop-in visits. Your pets will be in capable hands while you are away. If you book drop-in visits, I can do up to three visits per day. I offer both 30-minute and 60-minute drop-in options. While I am at your house for a visit, I make sure that your pets have food, water, exercise, and lots of cuddles. If you book overnight housesitting, I treat your pets and home with nothing but respect. I stay at your home for most of the day if I can, but at a minimum, I make sure I am there for a couple of hours before bedtime and a couple of hours in the morning. I am also able to offer to bring in the mail, take care of plants, and do light housework. For stays shorter than 3 days, I ask that you book at least 2-3 days in advance. For stays between 3-7 days, I ask that you book at least 3-5 days in advance. If you need my services for longer than a week, I ask that you touch base with me at least two weeks in advance for scheduling purposes. Of course, there are last-minute emergencies and, if I am able, I am happy to make an exception. With my classes being online, I am significantly more flexible to spend more time with your pets while you are away. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family soon!
