I have been employed in the pet care industry since I was 16. My first job was at a boarding and grooming salon where I was a kennel technician taking care of the dogs being boarded; this included feeding, administering medication, taking dogs on walks, etc . I held that position for 6 years & then became a groomer at that same business. I groomed for 2 years until we moved from KY to Foley. When we first moved I accepted a job at a veterinary clinic where I worked as a veterinary technician for 3 months before my husband and I made the decision that it would be more ideal for our lifestyle for me to have a more flexible job.
