Pet care experience
I have a passion and respect for all animals, wildlife, and nature. I have 4 years of previous experience in the veterinary field as a veterinary technician and also worked at a couple of dog daycares as a playdate supervisor. I have cared for a variety of animals throughout my life, but have the most familiarity with dogs and cats. I have also worked in a pet store as an associate, and worked as a Purina Nutrition Ambassador, educating pet parents about proper nutrition for their canines and felines. I have multiple clients that have entrusted me with the responsibility of caring for their fur babies while they are away and I believe that pets are more than just that, they are family!! ❤️

Gwen is awesome! She is quick to respond and sent lots of updates and photos of our dogs. I could tell they were very happy and comfortable with her. She was so flexible with timing and made our time away enjoyable because we were so at ease knowing the dogs were well cared for. Our home was spotless when we returned!
Gwendolyn is amazing. I would give 6 stars if I could. She gave me constant updates and dealt with all of Joyce and Toby’s bulldog eccentricities with care and love. They loved her. House was spotless when I got back and it wasn’t to begin with so she took extra care and went above and beyond the job. Lastly and most importantly, Gwen is a wonderful person. Kind, considerate, and trustworthy.
Gwen was very reliable. Our minaiature schnauzer loved her and enjoyed their walks together. I would highly recvomend Gwen!

I make sure any pets under my care have fresh water and are fed as requested. I love to snuggle, give lots of scratches, and entertain them by playing/interacting with them. I also enjoy being outdoors and playing fetch etc. Being attentive and present is a must!

I would like to be aware of any accidents or behaviors that may occur while the animal is in my care. For example: nervous urination, excessive barking, or socialization issues.
A typical day
I just moved to the area so I wouldn't mind exploring, however, I feel more comfortable staying within the neighborhood that the dogs live in and if I were to take them for walks within that neighborhood, it would put me at ease if there were sidewalks and less busy streets. Playing fetch in the yard and interacting with them in a close proximity to their home is ideal.

I currently work remotely, from home or anywhere I have access to wifi, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets and give them the love and attention they deserve.
