Pet care experience
I grew up in a pet rescue family. We were actively involved in fostering and rescuing a variety of pets. Additionally, I have volunteered with a non-profit animal rescue. I also have experience house sitting and caring for farm animals. These experiences combined have taught me patience and the importance of caring for the individual needs of each animal. It is important to me to establish trust with the pets in my care and to have a great relationship with their owners. I'm looking forward to talking to you and answering all of your questions! :)

My dog and cat immediately fell in love with Gwen. She was an overnight sitter, very trustworthy and tidy! I would give her two thumbs up!
Upon our first meeting my dog instantly fell in love with her. My cat being blind and deaf, Gwen had no problem giving her medicines when it was even differcult to do so. She sent me updates and pics of my babies almost everyday and responded within minutes of my texts. I came home to very happy and content pets and my home was in the same condition that I left it. I highly recommend Gwen to other pet owners.

Gwen has been absolutely fantastic with our 2 dogs! One is super high energy and she plays with him until he is worn out. The other is low energy and she ensures that she gets enough love and attention. She is on top of the medications our older dog takes, and the best news of all is that our dogs absolutely LOVE her! When Gwen leaves both of our dogs bark and cry wanting her to come back. We fully recommend Gwen to anyone looking for a rockstar dog sitter!

I would like to know general temperament, anything that might trigger aggression or fear, how they interact with other animals, and how they act around small children. Additionally, I would like to know if the pet has any medical conditions, needs to take any medications, and if the owner preferences with regard to behavior guidelines. I have no breed preferences, but would prefer not to work with animals that have aggressive tendencies.
A typical day
I will consult with its owners, to learn what the pet likes to do best. Generally I like to go for walks, play with toys, and give lots of affection.
