Work part-time, always lived w/ dog
Pet care experience
Growing up, I have always lived with a dog. First was our black pug Danni, then our lab/corgi mix Gus. I've house-sat for my parents many times, recently for 2 weeks this past May. Included basic house care, walking/feeding/loving Gus, and ran any needed errands. I'm finishing up my last few classes at BSU and am doing an internship part-time for The First Tee of Idaho. As far as what I am looking to do, basic house-sitting and dog care would be ideal. I have a car, so I'd be willing to drive a reasonable distance for anyone needing help. I live in the La Pointe apartments near the BSU campus, so residents near that general area is preferred. I'm doing this for additional income (poor college student) and to get engaged with the Boise community!

First and foremost, Griffin is an animal lover. He always had a dog in the house growing up, and has had pet responsibilities all his life as well. Animals are very intuitive about us humans, and your pet will immediately sense that Griffin is 'good people.' Full disclosure, I am Griffin's Mom and a Rover client as well for several years (since Griffin left for college out of state). We have had great sitters for our dog through Rover, but not all of them were great. We can tell right away if our dog is comfortable with someone or not. Give Griffin a meet and greet, and see what your furry friend thinks. I predict a big paw's up!
