Pet care experience
I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember. I got Teddy, a multi shih tzu, when I was two years old and got another dog, Max, a black lab rescue when I was 7. Unfortunately, they both passed away in 2020. Since then I have taken care of my sisters two young dogs, a border collie and black lab as well as other friends and neighbors. I’ve helped train my sisters dogs from when they were puppies and love to play outside with them. I’ve been around dogs my whole life and love to be around them.

Griffin did a great job taking care of my cat gonzo while we were away. He made pickup and drop off easy and responded quickly anytime we had a question.
Griffin took great care of our pup while we we’re gone for a few days. He completely spoiled her with walks, swims, car rides, hikes! She had the best time!!
Griffin is wonderful with dogs and we have trusted him with our two puppies many times. They always come home happy and tired from all the walks and playtime with him. He is kind and patient and takes time to make sure they have enough exercise. I’m confident Griffin will take great care of your dog too!
Griffin is great with dogs. He loves dogs and my dogs love him, because he takes them on long walks and gives them lots of attention. He plays with them whenever they are not walking.

My house is very safe for dogs since we used to have two living here. We have a gate that keeps them on the main level as well as a big back yard to play in. I also have access to a car and love to take dogs down the road to McBride state park and go on hikes.

A typical day
I live by McBride state park and love to take dogs out there. We can go on hikes, go for a swim, play fetch or just enjoy the outdoors. I also live less than a mile from the North Liberty dog park which is always a great time!

Availability
I am in school currently and have the summer off. I’m working part time at hyvee, so I will have plenty of time to take care of dogs as well. If I’m not working, I have the whole day to do as I please.
