I am the proud owner of a 13 year old beagle, Ruphus. We had the wonderful experience of watching his cousin, Milo, who is an 11 year old Samoyed mix for 4 months. Having Milo stay with us was a wonderful experience, and and allowed Ruphus to have a friend to hang out with. Ruphus is an outside dog, who has his own fenced yard and house. My house is large enough for a full size dog to have plenty of room to run, and I have a large backyard and field to play in. I am very active, and take Ruphus to the dog park, or take him for walks downtown. I am able to transport large dogs in my car, and am able to lift heavy dogs if needed.
