Pet care experience
Although I just recently found Rover.com, I have many years of experience in pet care! I love dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages and I’d be happy to work with you to make sure your best friend is given the personal care they deserve! I have had the pleasure of working with dogs ranging from 10 pounds to over 100 pounds, young to senior, and lazy to extremely energetic! I have a five-year-old Lhasa Apso/Cocker Spaniel mix that I get to see when I visit my family; Mitzy is quite the mama's girl but she makes an exception (for a few minutes) when I come home to visit. Over the summer I only work 9am-5pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I can work with almost any schedule and provide as much individualized care as your pet deserves. Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding the specific needs of your animals! I have had experience administrating oral medication as well as ear drops and I would be happy to learn to provide any service your dog needs. I am certified in canine CPR as well as choking and drowning procedures, so, should the unthinkable happen, I am ready to help your dog to the best of my abilities. (I would like to clarify that I do not hold a certification in general dog first aid, I find the statement "This member is trained in dog first aid & CPR." under the First Aid/CPR badge to be misleading and I have suggested a change to Rover about this issue. The question that is asked for that badge to be displayed is worded "Do you know dog first aid and/or CPR?") I am happy to take care of your feline family members as well! If I am already providing a service for your dog(s), I will feed your cats and/or take care of litter for free! I got updates during my trip which reassured me that Peyton was being cared for. Grayson was even able to get my very timid, semiferal cat to come out for pets. On my return everything was neat and tidy and Peyton was relaxed and purring. She's usually upset for days after I return from a trip. I'll definitely call Grayson again.
We could not be happier with the care our beloved dog, Daisy, receives when she is with Greyson. She gets the attention and care she needs and we get piece of mind knowing that she is happy and loved! Greyson feeds her, exercises her, and just gives her the time and attention she craves- all in the comfort of her own home. Daisy gets so excited when she knows Greyson is coming to see her, that I almost wonder if she misses us at all!
Grey was our house/pet sitter for a few years. He was dependable, courteous, and took exceptional care of our dog and cat. He was so good that our neighbors with pets begged for his contact info. We could leave for a few days and never worry about our home or pets. Grey is an exceptional and trustworthy young man that you will love having take care of your pet(s) and home!
Greyson is a very dependable guy. Every time I go out of town for the weekend he comes to my apartment at least once a day to check on my cat. He feeds her, gives her fresh water, and plays with her. Sadie, my cat, loves him. While I was away recently he sent me a video of him play with her with the laser toy. She was loving it.
