Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Gretchen and am originally from Colorado. Right now I am a student at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts studying acting under the Atlantic Acting Company. I am (big surprise) a huge dog lover! I have two wonderful puppies, Buddy (who is fourteen) and Chloe (who is twelve) both of whom are Shiba Inus. Sadly I don't get to see them as much as I would like to while I'm at school and I'm suffering from dog separation. I know how stressful it can be to trust your dogs to someone else, because I've gone through it myself. If you allow me the chance I promise to care for your dogs the same way I would hope mine would be cared for! This would include regular walks and play time, keeping an eye on food and water, and keeping you up to date on your dog's overall well being. I am a full time student so I would have availability Friday's starting at 3:30pm, and all weekend for over nigh pet sitting. The rest of the week I am available for walks and 30 min. check ins throughout the day.

Gretchen is extremely pleasant, responsible, watchful, and caring. She is always cautious, as well as punctual. Her love for animals, especially dogs is evident in the loving and safe manner she cares for her friends' and her own dogs.

I've known Gretchen for pretty much my whole life and I've never met someone more passionate and dedicated than her! She owns these two adorable Shiba Inus, one has some health concerns, and she takes great care of them both. She's super responsible and loving, my family had her pet sit my family's Alaskan Klee Kai once and she did a great job. She's sensitive to dogs with health problems (like mine and one of hers) and can be energetic and playful with the dogs full of energy. There's no one I would trust more than Gretchen with my dog!
