Animals shouldn't be left alone all day, nor should they be stuck in a boarding facility with 20 other animals. Talk about overwhelming! That is what I am here for! We have a good size fenced backyard, perfect for your furry friend to run around in all day. When pups are out back, I am usually gardening nearby or working from the kitchen table to keep an eye on them. While I offer bathing, I almost always will return your pup at least nicely brushed out and smelling fresh. Why spend $$ to board your dog at a kennel, when they could be at a home with two people who are happy to love on them all day long! THINGS TO KNOW: - I max out at 2 dogs per night, I will only take a third if it is a regular client and I know their personalities will fit. - Please bring a crate for your pup. They need a familiar space where they can go if they feel overwhelmed in a new place. IN 2022 THIS IS A REQUIREMENT. - Don't worry, we keep the crate door open and won't lock your fur baby up while we are home. We have found that a comfy and small space makes anxious pups have less separation anxiety. If your pup is not kennel trained, please discuss this with me beforehand! - Your pup MUST be 100% outdoor potty trained.Accidents happen and that's okay.Please let me know if you take your pup out on a leash to go to the bathroom or if they are used to running out the back door as needed. - Please have food pre-packaged in baggies. It can be one ziplock per day, or one per meal. DO NOT bring the entire bag of food. Since we may be hosting another dog, I want to minimize the risk of allergies/ food sensitivity if the other dog were to get into the big bag. Besides it is hard to store bigger bags! - I DO have food and water bowls, but you are welcome to bring your own. Especially if your pup needs a slow feeder. - Our home does have stairs. We are happy to carry those with bad joints up/down the stairs as needed. - Meet and Greets are almost always required. If you have a last minute booking, or if your pup will be the only border then I may not require one. They are just as important for you as they are for me. They allow me to see if I can give the care required, while giving you the chance to see the home and determine if you are comfortable with me! PLEASE MESSAGE ME WITH ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS!
