Pet care experience
I enjoy spending time with animals and will care for your pet like they are my own. I've personally owned rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs, llamas, dairy/beef cows, dogs/puppies, cats/kittens, quail, and much more. Additionally, I have volunteered at three different animal shelters, and have completed Animal Care and Dog Handling classes there. I have also successfully fostered two two-week old kittens (well, semi-successfully because I then adopted them😂). I enjoy being active/outdoors so I can provide your dog with an ample amount of exercise. If allowed, I can bring your dog on car rides or to parks. My availability changes each semester and during breaks, as I am a student at University of South Florida. Although I don't have much experience with special needs animals, I am willing to take care of animals of any kind.

Gretchen did a great job watching our 2 year old lab for an overnight stay at her house. She gave him lots of exercise and attention, and he obviously liked her very much. We would definitely use her again!

Gretchen watched my miniature schnauzer in her home. She was great with him and provided love and stimulation. I will definitely use her again. She was very accommodating and sent me text updates and answered my texts promptly. My dog doesn’t usually eat until he adjusts to a new situation, even with me. He ate and slept well with her. Whether or not the dog is friendly with other animals and what type of animals they may not get along with. There are a lot of dogs in my neighborhood and as previously stated I have pets in my apartmenr. Additionally, I would like to know if the animal is fixed, on flea/tick medicine, and up-to-date on shots.
A typical day
My neighborhood is large so most walks will be around the neighborhood. If allowed, I can bring dogs to the park. We could go on car rides and go to dog-friendly restaurants. Dogs are allowed on the furniture so they will have a comfy bed to sleep on.
