Pet care experience
Hello friends! Welcome to my page. I have been an active Rover-er since moving to Sacramento in 2022. I’ve LOVED bonding, playing, and cuddling with your furry friends. I give your animals lots of attention so you can travel worry-free. I book for all sorts of pets, so do not hesitate to reach out!! I have experience with senior dogs & cats, as well as those freshly hatched. I can administer medication and special care as needed. My remote work makes it easy for me to give your pets the attention and care they need throughout the day, and I have a car in case they enjoy field trips. Gretchen is the best! I would 100% recommend her and use her again. She really bonded with my dog, followed my instructions to a T, left my house spotless and checked in with me daily with pictures and updates about our pup! My dog is a rescue and I was worried about leaving her for this long (first time away from her so long) but I was really assured by Gretchen’s updates. I was able to really enjoy my vacation more knowing my dog was in such good hands. You definitely want to book Gretchen!
Gretchen is wonderful! She took great care of our rambunctious puppy Suzie, so much so that Suzie was looking for her after she left. Gretchen sent us daily Suzie updates and followed our meal, walk, and sleeping instructions to a tee. It was such a relief to know that our dog was so well taken care of. She also left our house in pristine condition! We so appreciate her and will definitely ask her to watch Suzie again!

I work remotely on local Climate Action & Sustainability Planning, so I can bring my work with me wherever I go AND have plentiful opportunity to step away from the screen when needed! This schedule is optimal for pet sitting and housesitting because I am able to care for your pet during working hours. I also have my own car so traveling to your home is easy and accessible.
