•Value dogs and their owners, will love and treat them as if they are my own •I’ve cared for my own pets for 15+ years •I offer more than just stopping by~ I stay for companionship time, pets and cuddles •Care for my snake, birds, and tarantula on a daily basis for 4+ years •I have worked in a wildlife rehabilitation center and have experience with many different types of animals, have experience providing medical care to animals and administering medicine I currently work part-time so I have plenty of extra time to spend with your pets! Typically I work in the early afternoon so I have plenty of time in the mornings and evenings to spend quality time with your pet(s) while you are away! If you choose to board your pet with me I have a yard stake with a ~20 foot cord. If I am watching a let at your house I will make sure to learn the safety precautions you take in order to keep your pet safe and happy!

Greta was so sweet to Macie and I’m so happy she felt comfortable reaching out when she had questions about Macie. Macie is old and difficult with her eating habits/schedule and Greta clearly cares and made her comfortable. She had a great stay and I would use her again and recommend her to anyone.

Greta is simply the best! She is my ‘go to’ when I have out of town plans. My George is a senior who is blind and deaf and needs that extra level of TLC. With Greta I rest easy knowing that George is in great hands and that she loves and cares for him like one of her own. I highly recommend Greta, she is kind, caring, compassionate and provides top-notch care!

Let me know if your dog has any certain needs or behaviors that I should know of so I can provide the best care for them while you are away. I’ve watched a variety of species of dogs and have done well with them all! Examples: terriers (mixed, cairens, westies), small white fluffy dogs, huskies, pit bulls, mixes (lab x German Shepard, lab x border collie), miniature schnauzers, German Shepards and cats!
A typical day
State parks like Moraine Hills and Volo Bog are near me and I’m happy to walk your pet(s) there if they are good on a leash and in public. Also, there is nice walking around the neighborhood I live in if they stay with me. If they are interested in toys I will also play with those!
