Pet care experience
I have had dogs all my life! Currently, I live in upstate New York and I have a super energetic, extremely friendly 11 year old dog named Jack, he often goes by Jackie. We love to hang at dog parks and state parks around NY. While living in Houston, TX I volunteered at Friends For Life, a no kill shelter, designed to save lives and find forever homes. At the shelter I was able to take advantage of the behavioral program, in which I've learned how to communicate commands with animals and how to cater to their personal needs. I understand all dogs have different personalities, it’s important for me to have a clear understanding of any special needs the dog has in order to provide the best care possible. I absolutely love working with dogs! They always put a smile on my face.

Greta watched our dog Callie for 4 days and Callie loved it there. Greta took amazing care of her-lots of play time and walks. She sent several pictures of Callie every day which I love. I can’t recommend Greta enough! I’ll definitely be sending Callie back there in the future
I was very pleased with my experience with Greta! Like many others this was the first time I had to leave my dog with "a stranger" or someone she didn't know. Greta and her family (including her pup Jack!) were very welcoming, explained everything fully, and open to giving my dog the care she needed. Communication was quick and easy. Our initial meet-and-greet was helpful and the frequent update photos throughout my dog's stay were nice to receive as well. I would be happy to use Greta again in the future and would be comfortable recommending her to others as well!
Greta and her husband are wonderful! I was worried about finding a good sitter for my husky Brady after relocating upstate, but I didn't feel worried at all when Brady was with Greta! Greta sent me a ton of photos with many updates, and Brady is happy (and healthy). Thanks, will definitely be using your services again!
Greta is just awesome! Our Inky loved being with her, and her family. Especially Jack, their dog! Greta sent pictures regularly and took real good care of Inks! So much so, I think Inky may not have missed us as much as we did her! Thanks Greta.
