LOVE YOUR DOG:)
Pet care experience
Hello there:) My name is Greg and animals have been in my life for as long as I can remember. I have been the proud human daddy for 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 parrots, a handful of parakeets, 7 doves, 3 homing pigeons, 2 turtles, 2 frogs, and 2 snakes because I graduated from Noah’s Ark Preschool while eating a Noah’s Bagel. I have spent years training doves, parakeets, and a dog for a theater magic act/show. Throughout the years as a trainer and caretaker I have learned that animals respond well to the energy people give off. I LOVE developing a strong connection to anything living. Especially your pet! WHEN I have the pleasure to care for your pet I will always try my best to exude positive energy and to keep the environment near and around your pet in a state of neutral energy. This way your pet will be comfortable and know that he/she is safe and loved. Every time your fur baby looks at me, he/she will see a genuine smile on my face communicating that I am enjoying hanging out and that I am having a great time with them. I have over 24 years of experience in caring for animals. Gaining experience in this industry’s professional network, I have lent my service as an assistant to a full-time licensed mobile pet sitter, done collaborative work with a cat boarding hotel, and I have volunteered at the Oakland Animal Shelter. I believe that I have the ability to positively connect with animals on their level and can provide a rich, warm, and loving experience that will make them comfortable and loved while you, the pet parent, are away. I am quick thinking in case obstacles shall arise during a walk or a house sitting job. I am a small business owner that works primarily on the weekends so my week is open to maintain, take care of, nurture, and love your dog as if the dog was my own. Proud owner of a wire-hairred terrier named Love:)
Reviews
We booked our stay with Gregory when our pet sitter cancelled for her own reasons. We were very satisfied with our choice of the pet sitter. We went to the out of country trip and had piece of mind knowing that our 7 y.o. Taco is under a good care. Gregory followed our feeding instructions and Taco's walking schedule. The most I like about Gregory that he asked many questions before we left. We met with him and his dog Love to make sure the dogs will get along and we also had a detailed phone call before we brought Taco for his stay. Taco became a very good friends with Love, they sleep together sometimes. Gregory sent us a picture and he responded very quickly to our texts/e-mails. Taco came home a healthy and happy dog. Thank you, Gregory, for taking care of Taco! I recommend Gregory if you need a very carrying person for pet sitting services.
My Scottie boy had a great time hanging out with Gregory and his service dog. He got plenty of exercise, breaks and water throughout his stay. We would recommend Gregory to other Rover dog moms and dads out there :)
Greg and Love are awesome TLC dogsitter/dogboarder while I was out on vacation for 3 weeks. Bailey came home happy and fit!!!! Greg also send pictures/text messages from time to time of Bailey’s progress/updates. I would definitely use his service again.
Gregory has his own dog named Love for many years. He cares for Love everyday. He buys the best dog food at the store for Love. Gregory is kind to animals. He walks Love on a daily basis and he picks up her poop all the time and exercise Love on long walks.

Information Gregory C. would like to know about your pet
No discrimination among dog breeds. All varieties welcomed. I would like to know what commands the dog knows. I prefer to know the personality trait of the dog (Dominant, Neutral, Submissive) To know the normal area where the dog typically goes to the bathroom. Any food allergies. What type of treats does the dog like. What’s the best way to reward the dog if deserved.
A typical day
On average, I can walk up to 10 miles a day with dogs exploring the outdoors while getting fresh air in the smoking section of a restaurant. LOL :) that’s what I love doing...HAVING FUN! I am about providing a good time filled with a fun, positive, and healthy walk for your dog. My typical walks are through local neighborhoods zig-zagging our way to the final destination of a park, pier, or coastline. Upon arriving back from our walk, I always spend some time letting your dog work down his/her energy level. At this time after the walk, if your dogs energy is flowing until it’s cup runneth over, then I would normally engage in fetch play and I would close out my visit by having your dog lay on its back as I do a stomach rub to calm him/her down so by the time the client gets back home the dog is rested and relaxed ready for some cuddling as you both wind down from a busy day settling into a cozy stress-free night:)
