My husband and I have a passionate love for animals. We volunteered as foster home for rescues in the past and always love making new friends! Your pet will be treated as if they are our own when you are away. We have a spacious house that allows us to give your furbaby a relaxing, care-free experience. If they need their own space, no sweat - we have a special "pamper room" that is fully furnished and can be used for dogs or cats who may desire their own space. Your pet will never be stressed out or lonely. Please note we do have pets of our own, and your pet will probably be spending time with our youngest, Abbie (our older dog and cat hang out in another area of the house). New clients are encouraged to do a meet and greet with us and Abbie to ensure that we're a good fit for your pup. While enjoying his/her time with us, your loved one will receive: 1) A minimum of two exercise breaks in our fenced yard per day (plus playtime with us)! Walks around neighborhood if desired. 4) Food and water as per your instructions; 5) Lots of hugs and cuddles 6) For bedtime, they are invited to be in the master bedroom with us, or sleep in a crate or the private Pamper Room (this may be preferred by cats). You are free to bring toys, beds, a personal item of yours, etc. that you feel will make your pet feel more comfortable in your absence. If your pet has any special behavioral or medical needs, please let us know upon first contact so we can discuss any preparations or other information we may need from you ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate you and your pet's needs and having as much open information about your pet's health or behavioral 'quirks' will help us to ensure safety for your animal and will make sure that our home is the best fit for your loved one. We won't accept any pets that we don't feel confident we can keep safe and happy. We have had our own share of good/flexible and inflexible sitters. We will work our best to accommodate early drop-off (7 am or later) or late pick up (up until 11 pm) hours because we understand that travel schedules are often not during "business hours."
