It was our first time using the Rover app so we were a bit nervous. But after meeting Grace we felt at ease with her and our Dog Charlie loved her from the beginning. She was punctual, very polite, listened well to all my instructions, kept us updated with photos and when we returned from our trip she had the house in perfect shape. Grace is a huge animal lover and this shows in her care and attention to pets. Our dog, Bailey (lab), loves her more than anyone! Grace is very in tune with their needs and she knows when they need attention, or want to play, or need to rest. She has even administered medicine when needed. I trust her 100%. We will definitely hire Grace over and over again.
I have known Grace for many years and she has consistently been one of the most kind and reliable people in my life. She is extremely caring and absolutely my first choice when it comes to choosing a pet caregiver.
