Pet care experience
I am new to Rover, and most of my clients are referred to me outside of Rover. I just moved to Killeen from Austin for school. I have a 3 year old female German Shepherd Dog and a 10 year old Boxer mix. I am a strong believer in loving on your pets as I would my own. I have been a Veterinary Technician since 2016. Before I was a Vet Tech, I was a Kennel Technician and volunteered at animal shelters and rehabs. I am very profficent in animal care and medicine administration, including injections (such as insulin). I see challenging dogs and cats as a learning opportunity and have extensive professional experience with especially fractious felines. I am going to school right now to get my prerequisites for the Texas A&M Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program. My passion for animals doesn't stop at cats or dogs. I care for over 220 gallons worth of aquariums with a variety of freshwater fish, as well as a hognose snake. I love "exotics" and I would be ecstatic to take care of your other critters. Animal welfare is my passion and career, and your family's comfort and happiness is important to me!

She has had pets all her life and showed an exceptional talent at an early age for rescuing and caring for all sorts of critters in need, including dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and even lizards.
