In my own home, I am super loving and affectionate with my dog. I crate trained my dog from when he is a puppy so that is typically where he sleeps. He usually sleeps on the sofa while I work from home. I feed him twice a day, and we go for walks a few times a day. When I have looked after my friends dogs, I would follow their instructions, especially with reactive or anxious dogs - I ensure to follow their usual routine and feeding requirements. Whatever makes the dog comfortable and happy!
