Hello! My name is Grace. I live in Beaverton and am available for dog walking & drop-in visits (at pet's home) in the Beaverton/Aloha/Tigard/Hillsboro area. I am also available for pet boarding ( at my home). I am a very friendly and easy going person and I love all animals, with an equal love for dogs and cats! I have been a dog owner for over 10 years, and a cat owner my whole life. I have experience pet sitting many different types, ages, & personalities of small and large dogs (and cats) over the years. I am flexile with whatever type of scheduling need you have - whether it be an ongoing long-term set schedule or whether your pet only needs care once. Pet Boarding: We have a spacious home with hardwood floors and a large, grassy backyard that is also fenced in - lots of room for your dog to run and play. I currently have a cat named Luna. She is a sweetie but skittish and will most likely hide away in the upstairs of our house during your pet's stay. I have a son who is 6 years old and also loves animals. He has grown up with a dog & a cat, so he is kind and gentle with pets & can read their body language quite well. We live just off of Hart Rd & 155th Ave, right across the street from Sexton Mountain Elementary school. We are right across the street from a large grassy park (behind the elementary school) and a short 5 minute walk from Powerline Park with unlimited walking trails. Our home is spacious and comfortable with hardwood floors in the whole downstairs. The upstairs is carpeted and there is a pet gate at the stairs as we don't along the dogs to come up. There is plenty of room downstairs for everyone. Our backyard is large and fenced in, with plenty of room for your dog to run and play. Our yard has both sun and shade with a large deck and flower gardens.

Grace is easy to communicate with and a lovely dog walker! She does well with our very high energy puppy and makes sure both the dogs have lots of water to drink and are very happy and well taken care of!
Grace was so good with Vinnie over my weekend trip! I can tell he was well cared for and played with. I also got the BEST photos! Will definitely book again!
Grace took care of our kitties so well while my spouse and I were on vacation. This was my first time using Rover so I was really nervous, but so glad we chose her! She was communicative, friendly, sent us tons of pics, and our cats loved her. Thank you Grace!

I am well versed in dog & cat body language and will pay close attention to the clues from your pet about what it needs. When your pet needs space, I will give them space in a comfortable environment. When they have the zoomies and need to get out energy, I will take them on a run or walk. When they are feeling frisky I will get down and play with them. When they are feeling sad, scared, or experiencing separation anxiety, I will be there to comfort them and show them that you'll be back soon, but in the meantime, we will have great fun together. For boardings, my family is also very familiar with pet body language & all love both dogs & cats.

** PLEASE NOTE ** We do Not board pets who: - Are Not House trained/Potty Trained/Litter box trained (cats) - Are Not Kennel Trained (dogs) - Are Not Spayed/Neutered - Are Not Up-to-Date on Vaccines Before a stay (preferably at the Meet and Greet, or when you send me a booking request), Please let me know everything about your pet that I will need to know during the stay. Do not wait until the stay has been booked and you are dropping off your dog, to tell me important information about caring for your dog. Before a stay, please let me know whether or not your dog is: - Spayed / Neutered - Up to Date on Vaccines - House-trained - Kennel Trained - Friendly and well-behaved around other dogs / cats / children (and if they like to play with other dogs or are a lone wolf) - Allowed on furniture at your home Before a stay, please let me know whether or not your pet has any: - Health conditions - Needs medication or special treatment - Aggressive behaviors - Eccessive barking/whining tendencies (and what you do to prevent/stop this) - Other behavioral issues **For Boarding:** Drop off and Pick Up Times must be at the same times (30 minute grace period). Pet boarding rates are for 24 hour periods, and a stay that is over that time (beyond the grace period) will result in early pickup/late drop off surcharges. Daycare charges will apply to stays that have either an early drop off or late pick up.
A typical day
I will spend at least 30 min every day playing with your dog or cat (broken up into smaller play time blocks.Whatever type of play or socialization your pet enjoys is what we will do. If your cat or dog just wants cuddles, then we can do that too. For boardings, I will go on long evening walks or runs (whichever your dog enjoys) with your pup on the trails near our home. During the day we will walk to and around the park, at least once. We will have frequent potty breaks outside in our big fenced backyard.

I work from home full time as an artist and have lots of time to play with & care for your furry babies. My husband also works from home, so he will be around as well to give your dog or cat extra pets.
