Pet care experience
I've done dog-sitting for several clients through Rover in the past. In other pet-care related info, I have helped family members and friends care for their dogs when they have been out of town. I've done drop-by care, and have stayed in the home and cared for dogs by taking them for walks, playing fetch, snuggling on the couch (if the dog is allowed up there) and giving oral medication and supplements. I have cared for small to medium-large dogs of varying ages. I consider myself to be a caring and empathetic person, and as such I am very attuned to the needs of the animals that I care for. I want to ensure that they are healthy and happy while in my care.

Grace did a wonderful job taking care of our old dog (and three chickens). She kept us updated on her stay with messages and pictures, and she was very accommodating when a new medication was required for our dog part-way through our trip.

A typical day
I really enjoy the trails in the Arboretum on Western's campus. Another new favorite place to go is the Cordata park that was recently finished. If your pup enjoys playing with other dogs and the water, the Sudden Valley marina and dog park is another place I enjoy.
