Pet care experience
Being an animal lover, I've always brought home crazy wild animals begging my parents to keep them. Since then, it turned into being the one to bathe the family dog every week, crying over the loss of multiple hamsters, frogs and lizards, and eventually leading me to service dog training in college and working for pet stores. From then on, I knew being with animals especially cats and dogs always felt so natural. I never been without them in my entire life. I wish to develop a special bond with each animal so that they trust me and I can do right by them each time I see them.

Our Yorkie ‘Kandi’ really enjoyed her day with Grace - for her it was like a day at the spa! She not only got to hang out with Grace and her sweet cat but even got to go for a walk to a nearby stream and do some ankle-wading. If we are ever traveling in this direction again, Grace is the first person we’ll call for dog-sitting.
Grace was truly amazing for our pup. She not only took the best care of her, but she also taught her commands and spoiled her. We couldn’t be happier with Grace’s service. We will for sure book again. Thank you, Grace!
Grace cares more about the care of dogs than anyone else I’ve ever met. Through her time at 4paws and Wag she has done so much to make the lives of pups better and always does everything in her power to make sure they are happy and safe. Not only is she caring, but she is reliable and responsible. She knows that a dog is a humans best bud and she will treat every pup with the same kind of safety measures and respect as if it were her own. You honestly could not find someone better.

I have a deep respect for the pet's daily schedule and would like to stick to it as much as possible. I don't have an issue letting them stop to smell the roses or to just take in the scenery. I am generally cautious of other dogs entering the vicinity whenever I am out for a walk so I be sure there is no issue before I enter a situation that may encounter another dog or person. I like to do best by what the animal seems to respond to the best which may be to proceed cautiously or to turn around and walk the other way.

Let me know if your dog or cat has any special needs or any behaviors that I need to account for. I love all breeds of dogs and cats and have not had any bad experiences with any type of animal consistently. Each animal is unique and one bad experience does not equal a bad experience for another of a similar type.
A typical day
I love to provide stimulation to dogs physically and mentally. This usually involves a bunch of games of catch, tug or chase, checking out a bunch of new smells in the neighborhood and exploring multiple parks around my apartment within walking distance.

Availability
I am currently working part-time while in school so I will have plenty of time to work with the pups and kitties! I am available almost every evening and some afternoons. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are my days off!
