Hi! My name is Grace and I am a grad student studying acupuncture and Chinese medicine. I have prior experience working in a veterinarian’s office and have had dogs my whole life. I currently have 1 German Shepherd mutt and in the past have had both Guinea pigs and rabbits, so, I am knowledgeable about animals and understand the level of commitment having a fur baby requires. I am lucky in that my schedule allows for me and my pup Rosie to spend lots of quality time together during the day, but I know most pets don't have that luxury! I am great with dogs of all sizes and ages, and not afraid to clean up a little mess. My Rosie has had some major behavioral issues in the past, and her leash reactivity is something we are still working on. In other words, I can handle a dog with a little bit of bark and can work on any leash training you and your pup might be working on. I have been unavailable to work for Rover due to grad school scheduling, but am taking on a lighter load of classes for the foreseeable future and have some more flexibility these days. At the moment I am available virtually any time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and most weekends. Because of my own pup’s needs, I’m not able to pet sit at the moment unless your pet only requires drop in’s, but I’m happy to work something out if you’re looking for a regular weekly dog walker or someone to drop in as needed.
