Pet care experience
I have grown up with large breed dogs since I was a baby. I used to work at a doggie daycare and boarding facility and am also currently employed at the Animal Medical Center here in Charleston. I worked with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes, ages, and temperaments; and love it! I plan to work with animals for the rest of my life so I clearly love spending time with them. I am trustworthy and I also communicate well. I will be extremely receptive about your wishes and of course will prioritize your fur baby while they are in my care. We can set up a meeting beforehand as well so you feel more comfortable.

Grace was so caring and thoughtful during her stay with Hank. She was able to give him his medicine every night and keep me updated on how he was doing while I was out of town. She was very interactive with Hank and you can just tell how much she cares for animals especially dogs! I'm happy to know if I ever need a dog sitter in the future I can count on Grace!

I very comfortable walking your dog, letting it out in your yard, or taking it to a nearby park to run and play. Whatever you expect from me, I will do. I have many years of experience and am super comfortable around animals. I own a cat but do not have any dogs, so your dog will get all the cuddles and pets while in my care! :)

Let me know if your dog has any necessary medications/routines, as I want to make them as comfortable as possible. I also want to know if your dog has any strong boundaries (some dogs don’t like their ears touched or have food aggression, etc). I want to trust your dog and I want your dog to trust me.
A typical day
I will treat your dogs like my own while they are in my care. We will spend plenty of time on walks, in the yard, or cuddled up so they will get plenty of love while you’re away. I could also provide mental stimulation or small training sessions to keep them engaged and thinking.

Availability
I am available during all weekdays for house sitting or just daily visits/walks. I am an full time student and work part time but can find breaks in between my schedule to focus on your animals’ needs. Weekends can be tricky but I am super flexible and we can work it out if you need me!
