Pet care experience
I have grown up around dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am a current college student, but have a great dane and two rescue dogs currently at home. I am experienced with big dogs, and know how to leash train dogs of all sizes. Additionally, I am extremely active, so energetic dogs do not phase me.

Grace was an excellent pet sitter/walker for my dog Mickey! She kept him healthy and happy and he absolutely loved Grace! She was also great with my two grumpy cats which says a lot. I couldn’t suggest anyone better to take care of your pets because grace loves animals and they seem to love her back!

Before walking or taking care of anyone's pets, I would need to know any dogs temperament, behaviors, and likes. I am comfortable with most equipment, including harnesses and chain collars. Overall, I just want to respect your and your pet's routine, so communication of that is key!

A typical day
A typical day dog-sitting for me would include an early wakeup to spend some time outside while I read and have a cup of coffee. Especially during the hot summer months, a morning walk is great. Some of my favorite spots around Memphis are Overton Park and the Evergreen Neighborhood trails. For the rest of the day, your dog and I will spend time resting, cooling off, playing tug or fetch outside, and eating dinner.

Availability
I am currently a full-time student at the University of Oregon, but want to make dog walking and pet sitting part of my weekly routine. I would prefer a schedule that includes a morning or evening walk, or both. My weekends are free for a variety of different schedules.
