Cat mom and experienced pet lover
Pet care experience
I have experience with and love dogs and cats old and young, big and small. I have experience walking, feeding, and administering meds for both dogs and cats, as well as supervising groups of both large dogs and small/medium dogs. I've always valued making new furry friends since I was little, and I can't wait to work with yours!

I’m sure I’ve said this before but I can’t help it. It is so nice to go away and know that your family i.e animals and hom are being taken care of by someone who is so responsible. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Grace stayed with my fur-babies a second time - each visit braving the ice and winter snow storms! I appreciated the consistency. She was willing to coordinate pet pick-up with my neighbor since we had to leave at 5am. I know 3 walks a day can be a lot, but they were happy and healthy when I got home and I didn’t have to worry while on vacation out of state. It’s always so clean when I get home, too, exactly how I left it. Grace is the best!
Grace had a great stay with my critters, Billie (dog) and Bill Murray (cat)!!! It was my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous to entrust my pets with a stranger, but Grace spent an hour with us during the "Meet & Greet" and took the time to walk with us around the neighborhood. That really put me at ease! She notified me right away as things came up, and checked in each day with pictures and videos. My dog has a difficult time with other dogs and Grace was able to re-direct her to keep her safe. This time of year is always tough, too. My neighborhood was covered in a sheet of ice, followed by a blanket of snow a few days later. Grace braved the weather and kept the pets on their routine. When I got back, everything was clean and in it's place, and the neighbors only had nice things to say after meeting her! She followed instructions to a tee and the pets were as happy as could be with mom gone for a week. I've already booked her for my next trip :) Thanks, Grace!!!
Grace did such a wonderful job. She honestly has been the best sitter this far. I really appreciated her consistency with the animals. She kept in contact and was very dependable. Dependability is a must when you have a house/pet sitter, Grace is the one ☝? gal you want. Thank you Grace ??

Since I live in an apartment, I sadly don’t have space for hosting and will only be able to do drop-in visits for dogs and cats. My cat is also a bit of a spoiled only child-so bringing in another is a no-go, but I would love to stop in and care for your pet.
Information Grace D. would like to know about your pet
I would need to know whether the pet is aggressive toward other animals, or toward people (or certain types of people; I've known pets who hate men with beards or people who wear hoods/baseball caps) so I can avoid those things in order to give your pet a relaxing experience. I would also need to know if your pet has any allergies or active infections, and what procedure you follow/medication you use to treat those things, both so that you can have peace of mind and so your pet can be comfortable. I love working with calm dogs (and cats!), but I don't mind an excited puppy/kitten. I would love to work with older pets as well and have had experience doing so with family and friends’ pets. I would like to avoid dogs with overly aggressive behaviors and extreme separation anxiety.
A typical day
I would love to hang out with your cat or dog and play with them/give them attention/thank them for allowing me to be in their presence. If you have a specific dog park or nature reservation that your dog enjoys, please don't hesitate to let me know and I'd be happy to take him or her there! If your dog enjoys rides in the car, they're in luck - I'd love a doggie co-pilot if there is a need for a drive to the park.

Availability
I’m taking a short break from booking pet sitting for clients I haven’t yet had the pleasure to work with due to anticipated minor medical procedure, but will be happy to drop in on new pets. I work from home and can easily make time in the mornings and late afternoons/evenings, so visits are no problem to schedule. I do travel a little for work, but I’ll keep an eye on my availability calendar and input those dates a few weeks out whenever possible.
